Processing Times: Because many of our signature floral arrangements and luxury wax items are handcrafted to order, please allow 5–7 business days for your items to be poured, meticulously assembled, and securely packaged before shipment. Weather & Temperature Advisories (Melt Warnings): Natural soy and paraffin waxes are sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months or when shipping to warm climates, please track your tracking details closely and retrieve your package promptly upon delivery to prevent melting. House of Taji is not liable for heat damage if packages are left outside in direct sunlight or high temperatures for extended periods. Shipping Rates & Carriers: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Our large, structural hatboxes require careful handling and robust packaging to ensure safe transit.
