Refund Policy – House of Taji

At House of Taji, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of skincare and body products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseoftaji.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
